Every aspect of each home kit is with the highest of quality. Our log and timber kits are painstakingly set up and dry fitted before they leave our manufacturing plant. That is to ensure there are no problems on your end during the construction. You are encouraged to invite your clients to witness their home during manufacturing in our plant. They will get a first hand look at the quality and precision that goes into a home.

With high production capabilities, and well organized scheduling, you are assured to have your packages delivered on time.

Design

With one of the most powerful software available Discovery Dream Homes can produce a rendering that is close to lifelike. This is one of the greatest tools to work with clients. They will be able to see what they are getting in a 3-d picture. Upon request we can show several different views or even a "fly thru". This will definitely get people excited. You and you client will be able to work directly with a designer to design exactly what they what.

Commission

Depending if you join the team as a Sales Associate or as full fledged Dealer, you will receive generous commission. The commission is based on the complete package price. For further information contact us to discuss in greater detail.

Here are the three most prominent requirements:

• You commit to the dealer agreement and purchase the dealer start-up kit.

• You agree to build and operate a Discovery Dream Home model home in your territory within 12 months of the effective date on your dealer agreement.

• You participate in a minimum number of sales and marketing activities as prescribed by Discovery Dream Homes in the dealer agreement.
