All Discovery Dream Home Log & Timber Frame materials are guaranteed to have passed our strict quality guidelines.

Discovery Dream Homes further warrants against manufactures defects in our Log & Timber Frame Packages for up to 50 years from date of delivery.

Under this warranty Discovery Dream Homes will service you by replacing or repair the defective item at it’s discretion. This warranty does not cover the natural characteristic of wood that may warp, twist or even check.

Discovery Dream Homes will not be liable for installation, labor, or shipping costs related to the repair. Furthermore Discovery Dream Homes shall have no liability for any consequential or incidental damages that may have been caused by defective materials, and have no further liability except stated in our warranty.

To request service for repair or replacement under this warranty contact Discovery Dream Homes or your local Discovery Dream Home dealer. Your request must be made in writing detailing the nature of the claim.
